Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The purpose of this position is to Act as focal point between all Tamkeen stakeholders for all projects, technical initiatives, activities, agreements and communicate extensively between stakeholders to ensure alignment in terms of, agreements requirements, meeting times, deadlines and for submission of all relevant materials.

System Architecture:
• Manage and approve complex Architecture designs across multiple strategic programs/projects and held accountable for all main interface projects & interface activities affecting du Information Systems domains including and end users, vendors/suppliers and key stakeholders
• Provide technical and expert guidance on the each of the initiative content (Product Catalog, Digital Enablement and Omni-Channel) and ensure successful Architecture deliverables and various processes that contribute to the production of goods and services for the organization

Technical Support:
• leads the initiative on technical matters related to system functionality, system design (in line with the architecture blueprint), implementation dependencies and maintenance requirements
• Evaluate and determine all technical, functional and design dependencies across each of the initiatives in order to determine system effectiveness

Agreement and Business Support:
• Address business need, identifying functional requirements, implementation considerations and evaluate all vendor proposed solutions efficiency in order to meet business requirements as envisioned in each of the initiatives.
• Provide inputs and participate on the business case development for activities related to technical discussion, solution and implementation design for each of the initiatives during the course of the Rfp design, issue and evaluation once vendor is engage
• Support vendor engagement in terms of implementation design once solution is confirmed and selected
• Implement and execute all the technical initiative, activities, agreement and liaise between different stakeholders including Investment Committee, Tamkeen Steering Committee and Information Technology Architecture Board

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering ( Master degree in IT is preferred
• PMI and/or PRINCE2 certified
• ITIL certified
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in telecom industry
• Experience in BSS applications (Billing, charging, rating, Roaming, Inter-connection, Product Configuration Process. Fixed/Mobile market.)
• Experience in OSS applications (Order Management, Activation, Inventory, Mediation, Service Assurance, Revenue Assurance)
• Experience in integration applications (Master Data Management, SOA-based Data Integration, Application Integration, Federated Database Systems, Customer Data Integration)

Knowledge and skills:
• Good Knowledge and understanding of TMF standards (eTOM, TAM, SID, TOGAF)
• Good understanding Technology Infrastructure (TI) landscapes
• Knowledge of network technologies (Mobile, IP, 2G, 3G, , LTE , WIFI, WIMAX, …).
• Exceptional telecom knowledge (Network elements, Fixed/Mobile architectures, BSS/OSS concepts, etc.),
• Exceptional knowledge in BSS solutions (Pre/Post Paid, CRM, BI and Convergence)
• Experience in mobile and fixed operator deployments: new rollouts and technology swaps
• Must have experience of implementing zero-touch / full automation service fulfilment solutions
• Has direct specialized technical and practical expertise in multiple domains: Technical order management (comprising of Order decomposition, order orchestration and order execution), inventory management (data migration / reconciliation / physical / logical / service inventory), business process and workflow automations, configuration management, Product catalogue, service inventory and product lifecycle management and component based activation.
• Implementation of IT systems using various SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile etc.
