Manager- Digital Learning Solutions

Job Purpose
• Develop and manage all aspects of digital learning solutions and learning technologies from production through to execution and evaluation
• Identify and evaluate vendors for digital solutions; ensuring effectiveness of the solutions and managing vendor relationships
• Develop Learning Management System capabilities such as Learning Paths, Social Features, Leader Journeys)
Requirements
Qualifications and Education
• You will be educated to a Degree Level in a related field such as Educational Technology
Experience
• You will have 7 to 8 years' experience in designing, developing and managing digital learning solutions along with solid Learning Management System experience
Knowledge
• You will have exceptional knowledge in e-learning tools and technologies such as: Adobe Captivate, Articulate, xAPI/Tin-Can, SCORM, AICC
