Job purpose

The purpose of this position is to play a key part and manage Door to Door team of 12 to 15 Sales agents in the continued success of SME business. The job holder will lead by example to achieve and guide staff to sell and cross sell across New SME customer base In addition to set up, drive, increase and make up sales & revenues. The job holder will be accountable towards Agent management that includes motivating staff, developing staff, encouraging staff to grow sales, identifying areas of training and helping staff overcome barriers that they may face on each call and deal with escalated cases while attending meeting as needed internally & externally.

The job holder will hold daily and weekly sales meetings as required to boost sales and identify areas of improvement while looking at innovative and creative ways to increase sales through promotions and expanded product ranges. Will also get involved in all aspects of sales administration and coordinating monthly/quarterly reports for management, The job holder also is required to drive continuous improvement of Quality Standards, Customer Experience, Operational processes along with proper& smooth handover process on a monthly basis.
Success in this position requires strong sales experience and an ability to set and deliver on acquisition/revenue targets.

Requirements

Minimum experience:
• Minimum 6 years of experience with 3 years of experience in SME Sales.
• Working experience in Door to Door sales.
• Good understanding of telecommunication operator services and products.
• UAE driver license is required.

Minimum education:
• Bachelors or higher degree in Telecommunications / Business / Sales / Marketing / or relevant discipline.

Knowledge and skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent selling skills.
• Excellent time management, decision making, human relations,, self-motivated, work under pressure and team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office and use of Analytical software.
• Professional appearance, Good interpersonal & presentation skills.
• Good understanding of upcoming technologies, commercial offers, tariffs.
