Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose:
The role holder is to take responsibility over process re-engineering and implementation of initiatives across Enterprise processes.
The role holder will introduce required changes within existing processes, monitor SLAs for key processes, identify customer experience improvement opportunities and ensure their execution.




Requirements

Minimum Experience:
• Minimum 7 - 12 years of experience in Business Operations role; Process management, Problem management, in Telecom
• Experience working on QA, Business Process Management and CE improvement initiatives involving assessing and designing business processes, identify gaps, implement optimized customer experience

Minimum Education:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business management or MIS or relevant field
• Knowledgeable/Certified in process improvement standards and methodologies like Six Sigma or BPM Life cycle
Knowledge and skills:
• Proven manager with demonstrable expertise in implementing streamlined processes and quality assurance to improve customer experience, lean operations, and high productivity while reducing costs
• Demonstrated track record of managing complex organizations requiring strong influence management and negotiation skills, business process analytical experience within a highly dynamic corporate environment
• Full understanding of Marketing/ Sales Cycles, and operational tools including CRM and ERP processes
• Strong communication skills (fluency in written and verbal language) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
