Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The purpose of this position is to manage the enterprise GRC frameworks, policies, processes, systems, engagement model, MIS and overall holistic oversight of the Risk & Control function. Support all sub-frameworks, governance oversight responsibilities, internal and external risk & control stakeholder management. Lead, and be the RCF SPOC for, the Risk Champions engagement model.

Work in synergy with the Head of Risk and Control and peers (Leader - Risk, Leader - Control etc.) and other 1st, 2nd and 3rd line functions to support effective holistic risk and control management across the EITC Group.

Requirements

Minimum experience:
• Minimum 6-8 years in relevant area

Minimum education:
• Degree in Engineering / technology or similar.
• CISA/CRISC/CISM.

Knowledge and skills:
• Deep knowledge of risk & control governance.
• Deep knowledge of risk management systems / enterprise GRC systems, preferably RSA Archer.
• Communication skills that include ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent project/program management skills.
