Manager - Excellence Programs

What you'll deliver
- You'll be responsible for creating and disseminating an excellence and quality-oriented thinking in the business by providing SME support to internal /external stakeholders while embedding excellence requirements in the day-to-day business
- You'll be responsible in ensuring DA's compliance to the unified action plan for excellence requirements and will own the resulting excellence submissions across DA
- You'll be working closely with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely reports are released to the management and quality excellence submissions met
- In summary, you will be accountable to manage and coordinate all activities pertaining to excellence programs and submissions within DA

Requirements

What you bring
- You'll have a degree in a discipline to business management with a professional qualification in excellence/quality management and compliance assessment
- You should have at least 5-7 years of experience in government excellence of similar scale and complexity with experience in quality management and ability to manage multiple projects
- You'll have a knowledge of standards / regulations / industry best practices/ benchmarking techniques
- Good understanding of excellence frameworks and related assessment methodology
- Stakeholder management skill is highly advantageous
