Job description / Role
- Meet on a regular basis to provide project updates and share relevant information.
- Provide administrative and logistic support to the Project Director.
- Assist with special projects and reports as needed.
- Establish and maintain the project’s information management system.
- Receive screen, log and route correspondence, attach necessary background information and maintain follow-up system for action and deadlines.
- Prepare tracking documents for meetings, and update tracking tools regularly.
- Coordinate arrangements for statewide training – schedule trainers, locations, food, etc.
- Assist in arranging programs for in-coming and outgoing official missions, make appointments with project stakeholders, including logistical arrangements and secretarial assistance.
- Follow up with the implementing partners and sub-contractors for progress report, submission of reports and recent data on target group and other information material.
- Collect data from the implementing agencies and obtain information materials, publications, newsletters, etc.
- Review data and information generated by the Projects’ implementing agencies and prepare information materials for briefing and review sessions.
- Develop concept presentation, business plans and pitch documents in accordance to client or company briefs.
- Conduct market research on existing and new concepts to assist in the development in stage.
- Develop a database of suppliers for procurement and sourcing of FF&E and OS& E
- Shadow the managing partners in client meetings and site spot checks
- Develop minutes of meeting and consolidate client briefs
- Coordinate the branding and interior design elements of the concept under development in coordination with the Projects Director
- Other tasks assigned by Project Director and Managing Director within the scope of your role and accountabilities which are note listed here.
- Create a client approval from for all samples during the pre-opining phase.
Requirements
- Arab National
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- 6 to 9 years experience in a similar position
- Food & Beverage, Hospitality and Consulting experience is a must
- Planning and implementation of projects
- Good written and oral communication skills
