Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Ensure all MEP systems are working at their optimal capacity and effective implementation of best practice engineering services systems and processes to support cost optimization, effective resource utilization, quality of service delivery, effective supplier relationship management.
• Also to ensure delivery of services as per SLAs and client expectations through effective planning, coordination and implementation of maintenance plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in a facility management company
• Post graduation/ graduation in engineering
• Strong Mechanical Background
• Experience working in high rise building
• Demonstrable skills in dealing and working closely with internal and external customers and suppliers on complex and inter related issues on an ongoing basis.
