Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Supervise and manage the budget in line with the company's strategy and Policy & Process w.r.t. annual operating and capital budgets.
- Works closely with the finance teams and support to ensure timely closure.
- Develop management reporting tools in consultation with Functional Head and ensure periodic reporting of financial performance compared to budgets.
- Support department with analysis for decision making and perform quarterly performance dashboard of against budget.
- Monitor capex proposal and provide necessary support in evaluating feasibility.
- Planning & Budgeting
* Supervise and manage and work with finance department to ensure implementation of budget policies and processes in timely manner and Support the annual budgeting process and to ensure its timely completion.

- Capex Analysis
* Coordinate and work on capex proposal submitted by entities & provide support to functional head in feasibility and capex analysis. Develop MIS to monitor capex progress and coordinate with entities.

- Financial and Portfolio Analysis
* Manage and develop mechanism to provide accurate, timely, high quality financial analysis and advice to decision-makers. Designs reporting format to aid portfolio performance measurement, evaluation and attribution.

- Performance Analysis
* Quarterly performance analysis of actual vs Budget.

- IT
* Support in SAP implementation for FP & A vertical, provide analytics and information.

- Other responsibilities
* Ensures timely collation, consolidation and submission of management and operational information as per the reporting templates specified from time to time.
*Takes responsibility for delivering any formal, informal or ad-hoc information requests.

Requirements

- CA / ACCA / CPA / MBA from a recognised professional institution.
- Qualified finance professional with 7-8 years experience in FP&A in a Big 4 or in a similar role in a large conglomerate.
- Have an understanding of commercial strategic drivers and key indicators to perform financial analysis.
- Capital Expenditure evaluation ability and past experience in feasibility studies.
- Managing the team and dealing in multiple sectors.
- Working knowledge of SAP/ Oracle.
- Excellent communication skills.
