Global Village currently has an exciting career opportunity. We are looking to hire a Chief Commercial Officer - UAE National. Global Village is part of Dubai Holding Entertainment. Job Function:
- Prepare and input annual budgets in HFM, prepare monthly MIS reports with budget variance analysis, prepare financial forecasts and prepare regular business performance reports with useful analysis for management.

Key Accountabilities (includes, but not limited to the following):
- Prepare DHE budget.
- Prepare departmental budgets and forecasts.
- Input DHE budget into Hyperion.
- Prepare monthly DHE MIS with variance analysis in excel and Power BI and circulate to Executive Management.
- Prepare monthly DHE KPI pack and circulate it to the Executive Management.
- Prepare monthly departmental dashboards using Power BI.
- Prepare monthly P&L forecasts.
- Partner with departments i.e. develop relevant operational reports to aid/assist/improve business performance using Power BI.
- Have regular meetings with departments to get updates on forecasts, operational issues and their impact on the budgets.
- Review business plans prepared by other departments and provide comments.
- Prepare periodic business performance reports/forecasts, comparing them with the approved business plans.
- Give recommendations for improvement of the department’s/business performance.
- Maintain/update the existing Executive dashboards daily in Power BI.
- Create new dashboards in Power BI, as requested.
- Prepare ad-hoc excel reports for the management, as requested.
- Perform any other task assigned from time to time.

Requirements

- Qualified Accountant/Management Accountant with 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Power BI, Oracle and Hyperion preferred
- System implementation experience preferred
- Knowledge of IFRS preferred
- UAE experience preferred
