Employment: Full Time

As a Future Foresight Manager, you will be an integral part of the strategic special projects division and be responsible for identifying emerging trends, analysing their impact on the organisation, and developing strategic initiatives to position the organisation for success in a rapidly changing landscape.

Description

* Conduct in-depth research and analysis of global trends, disruptive technologies, and market dynamics to identify potential future scenarios and their implications.
* Develop and implement frameworks for future foresight, including scenario planning, trend analysis, and innovation strategy.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess emerging opportunities, risks, and challenges that could impact the organisation's long-term goals and objectives.
* Lead the development of strategic roadmaps, providing insights and recommendations on potential future directions for the organisation.
* Provide thought leadership and present future foresight findings to senior management, influencing decision-making processes.
* Collaborate with external partners, industry experts, and thought leaders to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in future foresight.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Future Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A master's degree is preferred.
* Proven experience of 7-10 years in future foresight, strategic planning, trend analysis, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to connect disparate data points and generate actionable insights.
* Excellent understanding of future foresight methodologies, scenario planning, trend forecasting, and innovation strategy.
* Knowledge of various industries and sectors, with the ability to apply future foresight principles across different contexts.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven track record of leading and managing projects independently, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within defined timelines.
* Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
