Job description / Role

This role for Manager Home Services broadly has responsibility of managing the Consumer IPTV product portfolio in addition to the Broadband and the Landline services. The Manager - Home Services drives the go-to-market and management of the Consumer Triple Play, Quadruple Play, Converged Home offerings and OTT services.

This work is managerial in nature are requires the job holder to closely liaise with other Sr. Managers/Director in other functional areas to achieve results delivered to Du standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or strong experience in Business, Science, Engineering or related professional field.
- A minimum of 5 years of product management or project management, marketing and sales, product support or pre-sales support experience in the telecommunication industry
- Previous IPTV experience and Marketing experience is highly desirable
- Marketing Research experience is highly desirable.

Knowledge & Skills:
- Understanding of new trends within Triple Play and next generation Home services, the relevant applications and their integration, implementation and design.
- Good technical writing ability and presentation skills - fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Program Management
- Understanding of Marketing processes and Product Life Cycle.
- Understanding of the triple play market, its drivers and business models.
- Understanding of the Home Automation market and its drivers and business models
- Must be able to grasp technical as well as product marketing concepts at ease.
