We are currently hiring an HR professional for the role Manager HR Business Partner, the applicants will serves as counsel and as a strategic business partner for business heads within the assigned business segment. Works with key managers to manage HR needs of the segment.Plans, manages and provides continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. This includes both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent. Identifies and manages staffing requirements based on organizational goals and objectives and meets them to ensure the most efficient, economical processes are utilized to secure top talent. Provides guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues ensuring that all company policies and practices are followed and applied in compliance with company and labor law. Provide leadership in effective conflict resolution for all personnel.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responds to exception inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs at the functional level.
- Partners with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment. Reviews and analyzes business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Identifies and implements training and organizational development actions with Learning and Training group.
- Identifies and implements ICDPs, Competency Frameworks/ Assessments and UAE National Talent Development programmes with Training and Development team.
- Works to set up market pricing/compensation elements for employees within the assigned functions with Compensation team.
- Works to ensure positions and job descriptions are updated, evaluated, and market priced on a consistent basis.
- Communicates the end results and outcomes to the appropriate business unit personnel.
- Acts as a formal member of the job evaluation panel.
- Ensures various HR accountabilities are tracked through monthly HR metrics, enhancing all HR deliverables while promoting ROI.
- Facilitates, receives, assess and validates the recommendations for promotion / termination / Performance appraisal ratings of the employees in the area of responsibility as required by Line Managers in making their decision for confirmation / promotion / extension / termination of their employees.
- Manages Human Resources communications to ensure all locations, managers, and or employees have access to information, as needed, in a timely manner.
- Provides employee relations counsel and guidance to managers regarding disciplinary procedures and ensures the implementation of these in a consistent manner respectful of inappropriate behavior (Consults with legal counsel as necessary).
- Taking major role in arranging & participating in Department ceremonies, awarding staff, quizzes, and providing all kind of support required.
- Performs any other related duties as required by the HR management.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
- Mandatory - Strong PC Skills including MS Office
- Preferred - CIPD certification, Oracle HRMS exposure
- Minimum of 10 years of human resources generalist experience including recruitment, compensation, employment law, and employee relations
