Manager - Infrastructure Program

The team provides and supports the systems that bring the business together. That means maintaining all it from the most basic desktop support to the most complex flight information systems. They're game changers for the industry by bringing us smart developments and advanced processes which revolutionize what we do.

Job Purpose:

The job purpose will be required to track project documentation, financials and schedule and report status updates regularly. You will also be responsible for scope, schedule, cost and quality management of assigned project as well as manages resource, communication, risk and procurement. Job holder is responsible to ensure assigned projects are aligned with corporate objectives, strategies. You will also be responsible for timely and quality delivery of strategic projects for the Technology and Infrastructure group at DXB and DWC airports, enabling smooth operation of Dubai Airports technology infrastructure systems and growth for all customer groups.

Requirements

Qualifications and Education

- The job holder should be a minimum of Bachelor's Degree/Diploma holder preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- PMBOK, PMP, ITILv3 Foundation qualifications would be preferable

Experience

- The job holder should have 6-8 years' experience of managing & delivering projects for complex technology systems in enterprise environment.
- Specific experience in networking and communication infrastructure deployment is essential, working knowledge of data centres, service migration, virtualization technologies & storage platforms, security tools and techniques desirable.
- The job holder will have demonstrable experience in the project management, strong internal and external stakeholder relationship management and delivery of IT infrastructure projects with expertise in managing large capital budgets, multiple teams with varied deliverables.
- A good understanding of the aviation services industry is preferred.
- You should possess excellent verbal and written presentation skills including report writing skills.
- Proven ability to successfully engage and deliver on multiple project/initiatives simultaneously while exceeding user expectations.
- Lead and deliver business solutions that balance technical capability, cost, and time, against business needs.
- Should adopt the Project Management processes.
- The jobholder participates in the design, development and/or modifications of systems through analysis and/or identification of user's needs.

Knowledge

- Knowledge of the aviation industry and aviation solutions is preferable.
- Knowledge of physical infrastructure architecture and delivery is essential.
- Knowledge of Network infrastructure, MPLS, WLAN architecture and delivery is essential.
- Knowledge of ITILv3 and ISO20000 is preferable.
