Manager, Inspections - UAE National

Job Description
• Provide general management and coordination of inspection activities.
• Interact and cooperate with the related departments/teams in the accomplishment of support, scheduling, and throughout the improvement of objectives of the process.
• Monitor, coordinate, prioritize and optimize resources for the inspection activities to ensure project scope is achieved and delivered in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the day to day activities of the inspection programs while maintaining the deliverables.
• Ensure that the inspectors are completing the daily reports and coordinate in documenting work day activities.
• Work cohesively with other leaders to ensure inspection activities are in adherence to standards and procedures.
• Initiate cross-training and initial training programs covering all aspects of the inspection and personnel qualifications.
• Develop manpower planning and programs to meet actual and projected requirements.
• Develop work scheduling system that responds to priorities and requirements of each inspection activities and locations.
• Monitor and develop performance evaluation of the inspection and operations as a whole.
• Monitor and develop performance evaluation of the employees in all levels.

Requirements

Job Requirements
• Associate's degree in Management or in a technical field, or other equivalent and relevant experience
• Has strong leadership and good communication skills
• Prior experience in inspection management
• Proficient in the use of spreadsheets/excel, database, and word-processing applications
