Job description / Role
We currently have an opportunity for a Manager, International Audit for Kerzner International. The role will be based in Dubai and will report directly to and work closely with the Vice President, Internal Audit. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Kerzner Internal Audit Methodology is applied to KIHL and properties.
Primarily you will identify business entity and process risks, use mitigating controls and evaluate internal controls through verification. You will also recommend control improvements required to mitigate residual risks and assist continuous improvements in departmental processes.
In order to apply the Kerzner Internal Audit Methodology, you will conduct all assignments professionally and in-line with Internal Audit Department standards, and ensure that internal control and audit work is fully integrated with the work of the rest of the Internal Audit team. Handling any special investigations as assigned and supporting the preparation of documents for KIHL Audit Committee and related meetings will also be part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
• Hospitality Internal Audit experience
• International experience, ideally in the Gulf
• Professional Accounting Qualification e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA
• Ability to travel regularly
Preferred
• Big 4 experience
• Degree in Accounting/Finance
• CA/CPA Qualification
