Job description / Role
The purpose of this position is to manage the design and implementation of the lawful interception framework to comply with national security and regulatory requirements. This involves managing the team to get an in depth understanding of the technical and regulatory requirements, planning and design of solutions and getting acceptance from the external Regulatory authorities. The position is also responsible for managing the team and vendors towards effective implementation of the solutions post acceptance.
Requirements
Minimum Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in the Telecom Field with a proven experience in middle management position related to Telecom with explicit team management and analytical abilities.
Minimum Education:
- Minimum Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
Knowledge & Skills:
- Good understanding of information security projects, and national security requirements.
- Experience of lawful interception technical solutions.
- Experience in telecommunication environment and network elements.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Teamwork building.
- Problem-solving and good analytical skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
