Job description / Role
Job purpose
The purpose of this position is to be responsible for planning, ensuring adherence to processes and standards, being the single point of contact for Regulatory, TSRM and Audit requirements and managing the overall performance for IT Department. The role will act as a custodian for end to end process management within the IT organization and ensure adherence while continually exploring opportunities for enhancements and process improvements. This role also defines the process performance standards, including SLA's internally within the IT Organization and with external stakeholders, monitors performance for the IT organization against these process standards and drives continuous improvement.
Requirements
Minimum Experience:
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the telecom/financial industry working evaluating new products/ technologies.
Minimum Education:
• Bachelor Degree in business or electrical/ Telecommunication engineering
Knowledge & Skills:
• Strong presentation skills
• Advanced Knowledge of finance, accounting and analytics principles
• Sound knowledge in defining technical key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Demonstrates flexibility and creativity to adopt processes to meet changing business needs
• Demonstrate positive attitude and high level of energy
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
