Manager - Logistics

Job description / Role

Position Objective

The position is responsible for assisting the Logistics Manager in all phases. Coordinate and supervise all logistics activities to support the manufacture of superior quality products in high standards of safe, smooth, and efficient conditions of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement safe and efficient engineering and maintenance activities.
• Oversee and evaluate all logistics activities of the logistics employees.
• Oversee all logistics activities in safe, smooth, and efficient procedures such as system/procedure, PR, material issue slip, etc., and ensure they are executed in safe and efficient procedures.
• Manage all logistics activities with other relevant departments and persons, as necessary, in achieving company objectives.
• Participate and control company activities such as logistics budgets, plant operations, plant improvements, quality control, safety, environmental, and personnel utilization.
• Organize all improvements in the plant to ensure safer and more efficient operations.
• Establish high standards of plant housekeeping and continuing education/training programs on safety.
• Coordinate and establish continuing education/training programs on logistics and processes in the short and long terms, which are necessary to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient logistics activities.
