Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Planning and organisation
• Accountable and Responsible to lead & manage non-standard solution design during the pre-sales stage and delivery stage to ensure the architecture framework and consistency is maintained.
• Responsible for overall planning and design of non-standard solutions, and engage with partners for complex solution design and implementation.
• Responsible for overall solution cost calculation including the design and implementation cost. Incremental operational cost, product and licencing cost, support and maintenance cost cost etc.
• Responsible for selecting, evaluating and recommending partners specified in specific non-standard solutions, leverage the current engagement with existing partner where appropriate for greater alignment.
• Plan and manage proper assessments of customer requirements and prepare technical proposal and bid response timely and quality.
• Lead, Manage and design complex solutions dedicated for customers in customer environment as per the market demand and pre-sales engagements.

Non-standard solutions, based on the SRC assignment versus the number of converted deals
• Managed Services non-standard solution Projects implementation as per the agreed timelines and budgets.
• # of non-standard MS Solutions delivered
• Timely delivery of MS delivery Milestones and architecture advisory contribution

Financial excellence (Budgets, revenue/profit and costs)
• Responsible for direct revenue recognition by designing highly competitive customer solutions superior to other bids or vendors.
• Provide direction on reducing the cost of CapEx and OpeX investment by potential customer (increase the competitiveness) (collaborate with effective technology partners, negotiation the best cost models , innovative solution design)
• Work with project management team and delivery team to effectively realise the revenue on the solution delivery milestones.
• Collaborate and negotiate with partners on cost models and payment models for customer solutions.

Non-standard customer solutions revenue recognition
• # of non-standard solution proposal submitted vs won
• Completion of customer solution projects in time and budget.

Customer excellence (Internal/external customer engagement and relationship management)
• Enhance Customer Experience through effective design and implementation of non-standard managed services solutions
• Lead and provide advice and technical expertise to the delivery and operational team for any technical enhancement and integration.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers as required in the specialist areas of complex managed services.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand the customer requirements and develop effective working relationships.
• Manage demands from virtual teams across various departments in meeting the customer requirements for the delivery of non standard solutions.
• Promote best practices and ensure alignment with du organisational requirements to improve customer experience
• MS customer experience KPIs
• Effective communication and relationship management through delivery of optimised customer solutions
• # of technical solutions provided to customers & no of bids won

• Maintain focus on employee engagement and in coordination with HR execute plans and programs to achieve required Skills.

• Establish operational synergies and leverage MS knowledge coming from non-standard solutions development and feedback to product and platform development team for standardization

Process excellence (Operational efficiency and risk management)
• Ensure the appropriate project management processes are implemented to deliver with the required quality, resources and time.
• Provide detailed technical demand analysis on feasibility of complex solutions for qualified numbers of client's.
• Lead & Provide Detailed Technical Assessments for all new technologies introduced to the customers as part of the proposal.
• Deliver quantifiable improvements through constant monitoring and continuous improvement of Customer solution related Business Processes in line with Business Strategies.
• Ensure Risk mitigation plans are in place for the project risks and delivery
• Complex MS solution technical design delivery tracking KPIs
• Adherence to policies and procedures
• Effective risk mitigation

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred)
• Minimum one of the Industry certification is preferred (CCNP, CCIEE, CISSP, CCSK, PMI etc.) 
• Minimum 10+ years of experience with at least 4-5 years in complex solution design, implementation , project management & delivery role within the telecoms/ service provider industry
• Good understanding of the managed services/ product portfolio.
• Experience in handling Complex projects related to design & implementation ICT solutions.
• Recent experience with design, implementation and support of Mobility, Security and Cloud (IaaS, PaaS and/or SaaS) solutions
• Strong technical expertise and experience in enterprise orchestration platforms, workflow technologies, project management and business processes

Knowledge and skills:
• Excellent customer focus
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks.
• Functional Managed Services knowledge. As well, ITIL, IT Governance, asset management, cost transparency
• Good understanding of Cloud Data Governance and GRC stack.
• Knowledge of Service Delivery Architecture and Service Delivery Platform.
• Knowledge or proven certifications in virtualization, storage and datacenter solutions
• Industry knowledge and proven vendor & partner management capability.
• Experience in project planning, monitoring and implementation.

• Knowledge of other ICT solutions and their connectivity
• High degree of flexibility.
• Able to work under pressure and tight timelines and resources

• Experience dealing and interfacing with internal and External teams
