Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Developing marketing strategies for business development in line with company objectives and profitability target for the division.
• Spearhead in leveraging market opportunities and ensuring the strategic alignment of tactical plans.
• Continuous improvement and adjustment in Business plans, resource/investment ROI.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives.
• Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations.
• New business plans for launch of Poultry products in new markets /Segments.
• Crafting of brand strategy, improvement of the brand image of the existing products and launch and establish new brands in the markets.
• Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products.
• Growth plans & profitability. B2B marketing & Relationship management.
• Negotiating contracts with distributors and vendors in managing product distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies for consumer approach Coordinating and participating in trade shows and promotional activities.
• Responsible for the Budgeting of overall marketing activities.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• MBA with specialization in Marketing

Competencies:
• 6-9 yrs. of experience of Sales & Marketing in FMCG preferably UAE region
• Ability to make Strategic decisions
• Ability to communicate and share ideas and information with team.
• Ability to handle teams.
• Proficiency in of ERP system.
• Balanced bled of skills in marketing, Sales, Distribution, customer service agents and a driver for improvement culture
