Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to: Group Head of People Services

Job Purpose:
• Responsible for day to day support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System components, including but not limited to; data management, reporting, compliance, analysis, training and process improvement.
• Provide recommendations to increase optimization, functionality and efficiency to support organizational goals.
• Work closely with the wider HR team to ensure accurate data reporting and metrics
• Maintain security of systems, keeping data safe, secure and organized.

Main Duties:
• Supports the maintenance of current oracle system modules, including review, testing, implementation and system upgrades
• Monitor module interfaces with recruitment and other HRMS platforms
• Maintain system data
• Ensure full employee Lifecyle can be managed using HRMS
• Normalization of data
• Develop training material for HRMS
• Liaison for data cleansing between HR (the ‘guardians’ of the data) and the IT function or external consultants handling the technical side of things.

Requirements

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors in Computer Information systems or technology field.

Minimum Experience:
• A minimum 3 years of experience within an integrated HRMS system with capability in an ERP environment, preferably with experience in Banner/Oracle databases
• PL/SQL programming knowledge and demonstrated competency with desktop client database reporting tools is required
• Experience within business process re-engineering or analysis would be advantageous
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization
• Highly developed organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
• The ability to work effectively as a team member in a multi-cultural environment
• A demonstrated willingness to engage in professional development activities in order to develop and improve new and current skills, and to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization
• The ability to manage information of a confidential and/or sensitive nature

Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:
