About the Role

GEMS Winchester School Fujairah is looking for an experienced Manager of School Operations.

You will be responsible to manage efficiently and effectively the school operations by administering and operating physical assets and value-added business processes in a timely and responsible manner.

Requirements

The successful applicant will have the following:
- Minimum a BA, preferably an MBA or equivalent (advanced) diploma / Certificate of School Business Management.
- Fluent in English and preferably in Arabic.
- Attention to detail with diligent follow up, and able to execute in a timely manner.
- Skilled in multi-tasking and handling pressure.
- Capable of influencing people and talented in networking with cultural sensitivity.
- At least 5 years' experience in a senior level position within a service oriented industry.
