Job description / Role
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Work to reduce cost control for the company and very responsible in handling petty cash.
Requirements
• Candidate should have minimum 10 Years of experience in managing office and UAE D/L is mandatory
• Candidate should have good knowledge of cost management and handling of petty cash of the office – Regarding Communication , Rents , Guest House Management ETC
• Prior experience in office administration is manadatory
• Prior experience in general trading company is preferred
Indians are preferred of Hindu origin.
