Manager Order Processing - Joinery

Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Order Processing to oversee and manage the end-to-end order processing function within the Joinery Production department. The role ensures accurate order conversion, timely coordination with production teams, and seamless execution from order receipt to manufacturing readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the order processing workflow for joinery projects.
• Review approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications for production readiness.
• Ensure accurate order entry, material requirements, and production documentation.
• Coordinate closely with design, production, procurement, and planning teams.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely release to production.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in drawings, specifications, and quantities.
• Ensure adherence to production timelines and delivery commitments.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for order processing.
• Track KPIs related to order accuracy, turnaround time, and production efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within production operations.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Wood Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in joinery production or order processing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, and finishes.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and production-related documentation, and experience working with ERP/MRP systems for order and production planning.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills with excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
