About the Team

As a Supply Planning Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring optimal stock availability, efficient inventory management, and seamless coordination between demand planning, procurement, and logistics. You will be responsible for developing and executing supply planning strategies that align with business objectives, driving efficiency, and optimizing stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.

Your focus will be on collaborating with category teams, operations, logistics, and warehouse management to forecast demand accurately, plan inventory replenishment, and improve supply chain processes for long-term growth. You will leverage data analytics and planning tools to identify trends, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure seamless inventory flow across various fulfillment centers.

This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain planning, procurement, inventory optimization, and logistics operations within the fashion e-commerce landscape.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Supply Planning: Develop and execute supply planning strategies to ensure optimal stock availability while maintaining efficient inventory turnover.
  • Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with category managers, demand planners, suppliers, and logistics teams to align supply plans with business needs.
  • Inventory Management Optimization: Monitor and analyze inventory levels across warehouses, stores, and online platforms, ensuring adequate stock coverage while minimizing excess.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize forecasting models, analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to generate insights and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Capacity Planning Risk Mitigation: Identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks related to stock shortages, supplier delays, or logistics constraints.
  • Process Improvements Automation: Identify areas for process automation and efficiency improvements, leading initiatives to enhance supply planning accuracy and execution.
  • Performance Metrics Reporting: Define, measure, and present KPIs related to supply chain efficiency, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, and fulfillment rates to leadership teams.
  • Supplier Vendor Management: Partner with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely replenishment, negotiate lead times, and drive improvements in supplier performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations in e-commerce, retail, or fashion industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas, data modeling) and experience with planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Anaplan, or similar supply chain software.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, working with cross-functional teams, and driving supply chain efficiencies.
  • Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment center operations.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
