Job description / Role
• Plan daily SKU wise production by as per required volume.
• Ensure Plant operates at maximum levels of capacity with respect to productivity and product quality.
• Inspect, survey and record the performance of machines and equipment in each area.
• Provide expert production advice and assistance to the production supervisors for the purpose improving quality of the product.
• Plan maintenance requirements which are needed for increasing productivity.
• Inspect plant and to ensure that hygienic conditions are maintained in the plant premises.
• Coordinate with the broiler manager & sales staff to plan the production for the day.
• Coordinate with quality assurance on product development, quality of production.
• Coordinate with stores department for stock availability as per orders of the day .
• Prepare and analyze daily and monthly production reports to ascertain their operation efficiency and production planning.
• Prepare and plan plant Budget
• Update master data in inventory system of Oracle and update daily production batch.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Veterinarian/Food manufacturing engineer
Competencies:
• 6-9 years of experience in processing plant in poultry broiler farm with a capacity not less than 15k birds/day
• Ability to optimize manpower usage and plant efficiency.
• Ability to make quick decision under pressure
• Ability to communicate and share ideas and information with team.
• Ability to identify complex problems and implement solutions.
• Ability to handle teams.
