Job description / Role
Charterhouse are working exclusively with a phenomenal business that is involved in one of the most iconic projects, our client is looking to hire a Readiness Manager who will help deliver and manage activities and operations to ensure this iconic event runs seamlessly.
This role requires someone that is able to manage project plans for activities, this will include identifying and sourcing all delivery requirements including locations, equipment, systems, etc. You will have a level of responsibility overseeing full events not only the execution but also the walkthrough of the event, a debrief, etc.
The successful candidate should be Degree educated with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with a background in tourism, travel or a similar field. You should be fluent in Arabic with strong communication skills in English as well as someone that can work at all levels with a multitude of stakeholders.
