Job description / Role
The purpose of this position is to manage and coordinate the recruitment processes and activities within du, with the focus on the assigned vertical (Commercial, Technology, Support Functions) in order to ensure that all vacancies are filled by the appropriate candidates as per the business requirements, agreed timelines and according to the agreed budgets.
- Minimum 7-12 years of experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in a recruitment role preferably within the IT/High Tech industry.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related specialty
- Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) or similar talent acquisition/recruitment certification preferred.
