The purpose of this position is to manage and coordinate the recruitment processes and activities within du, with the focus on the assigned vertical (Commercial, Technology, Support Functions) in order to ensure that all vacancies are filled by the appropriate candidates as per the business requirements, agreed timelines and according to the agreed budgets.

Requirements

Minimum experience:

- Minimum 7-12 years of experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in a recruitment role preferably within the IT/High Tech industry.

Minimum education:

- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related specialty
- Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) or similar talent acquisition/recruitment certification preferred.

Knowledge and skills:

- Strong initiative drive;
- Sound organizational skills;
- Ability to interact with people in senior positions;
- Proficient interpersonal skills;
- Relationship building and organizational skills;
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent negotiation skills at all levels;
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and knowledge of sourcing techniques;
- Develop and maintain relationships with line managers and other key internal staff

Carriers: Focusing on providing carrier, international data networks and wholesale services to international operators, multinational corporations and telecom carriers.
