Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The role will be based out of Dubai and work closely with Sales Department, the candidate will be accountable for stakeholder management across the organization & achievement of set staff & customer satisfaction metrics, along with sales results delivered through the Etisalat Values.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver Retail sales Management team projects.
- Agree KPIs & objectives with direct line manager & deliver results. Review monthly with direct line manager. Agree strengths & weaknesses & work on areas to develop.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met & mapped against KPIs. Ensure necessary agreed training is adopted & applied to increase own performance.
- Developing & delivering customer service levels & experience through the improvement of store operations that will make Etisalat retail easy to do business with. This may include & will not be limited to developing, delivering & installing systems such as:
- Contract Printing at service point.
- Direct Retail dedicated Intranet pages that aid communication through a central point to stores.
- Setting up a gateway that controls all communications to the stores.
- Queue management installation reporting & analysis.
- Daily automated KPI reporting in a way that highlights achievement & under-achievement.
- Developing a fair method of monthly target setting for allocation across stores.
- Developing a Retail Calendar to provide a twelve month view of planned in-store activities & ensure it is aligned with marketing & product.
- Contributing to the Customer Experience across Direct Retail through engagement & a close relationship with colleagues within function & cross functionally.
- Identifying best practice & integrating into projects. Identify areas of risk. Escalate risk scenarios to direct line manager.
- Develop & deliver continuous improvement in all areas of customer interaction & simplifying store team operations.
- Instigating & supporting all appropriate activities which further enhance the value of Etisalat retail to the customer.
- Develop strong cross functional relationships to ensure the retail sales management team gain support & provide support to other appropriate functions.
- Build & foster a strong team working environment in line with Etisalat values.

Requirements

- Graduate degree in related field.
- Relevant suitable work experience, applicants with experience in Telecommunications industry will be given an added advantage.
- 8-10 years of experience in project/process management, consumer engagement, IT systems knowledge
