Manager - Robotic Process Automation

Ghobash Group is now looking to have on-board a Manager-Robotic Process Automation

As an Intelligent Automation Lead, will be responsible to deliver Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions within the Group. Strategically provide technical leadership, oversight and implementation of automation and cognitive end-to-end processes within our enterprise. To drive, oversee, and guide new automation development initiatives, ensuring consistency with international best practices.

The business objective is to improve standardization, quality and efficiency in the way we operate. The candidate is expected to become the centre of excellence in this field and to leverage his/her knowledge and experience to the benefit of (potential) customers of our operating companies.

Job Responsibilities
• Install, calibrate and operate or maintain robots, write algorithms or programming code for ad hoc robotic applications and identify and design appropriate automation workflows.
• Implement the full life cycle of an automation solution: identify automation opportunities, gather requirements and develop, test and deploy automation solutions using industry leading RPA tools.
• Collaborate with the internal teams, to design and deliver automated solutions, facilitating increased business efficiency and optimizing the cost and quality of operations.
• Using common RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Kofax, etc. and develop scalable and efficient process automations and reusable components that can be leveraged across different functions of the group.
• Design, document, develop and execute automation plans matching business requirements.
• Create proper documentation regarding the solution and requirements for continuous maintenance.
• Define, promote and utilize best practices for RPA capabilities. Serve as a subject matter expert to others seeking to utilize RPA technologies to automate and streamline existing manual business processes, both internally and externally.

Requirements

Educational Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate/ Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology

Skills & Professional Requirements:
• 7+ years of IT experience with a solid understanding of programming concepts
• 2-4 years of experience in programming (C#/.NET, Java, Python, Web Service, etc)
• Experience with RPA tools is essential
• Minimum 3 RPA implementation experience as architecture lead, preferably using UiPath or similar

Attributes and Behaviours:
• Must have aptitude for solution design and development
• Have knowledge of quality coding standards
• Desire to act as the centre of excellence and share knowledge internally and externally
