Employment: Full Time

As SAP Advisory Manager, you'll build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers and develop a portfolio of business by focusing on high impact opportunities. You'll lead presentations and proposals for moderately complex projects - or for elements of highly complex projects - and provide subject matter insight to bids and proposals.

Drawing on your skills and experience, you'll create innovative commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership. In addition, you'll package overall project findings into clear, concise, high-quality work products. Acting as a subject matter resource on one or more services, you'll leverage knowledge and experience to shape Ernst & Young's services to meet client problems.

By driving improvements in business processes, you'll serve as a role model for quality & risk management and confirm that project teams understand and comply with Ernst & Young's Q&RM guidelines. As a respected senior professional, you'll communicate effectively with Ernst & Young engagement partners and managers and work to build, manage and motivate high-performing teams. You'll also help key staff to build sustainable competencies.

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Manager to join the IT Enablement Team within its Advisory service line.

Client responsibilities:
- Participate in IT Advisory engagements
- Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress
- Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
- Build strong internal relationships within Ernst & Young Advisory Services and with other services across the organization

People responsibilities:
- Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
- Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training IT Advisory professionals
- Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff
- Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

Requirements

- At least one end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation
- Experience of configuration in at least two SuccessFactors projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating into technical requirements
- Willingness and desire to work across all the SuccessFactors modules
- At least one SuccessFactors Associate Certification
- 75% project based travel

Desired:
- Knowledge of the Success Factor Roadmap
- An ability to ensure the core HR processes match up with the business requirements from a strategic level right through to end user
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors differentiators and their key competitors
- Experience with onshore/offshore delivery models
- Understanding of change management processes and best practice implementation design
- Experience with Dell Boomi, HCI

Additional Requirements
- Approximately 6 to 10 years of total experience and SAP Implementation experience in minimum 4 projects
- A minimum 5 years experience in Successfully implementing SAP ECC Solutions as a lead consultant covering technical assessments, solution design, testing and deployment.
- At least 1 year experience in implementing S/4 HANA and/or migration to S/4HANA
- Management Consulting Experience in Business and IT Strategy and Governance, Value Management, Business Process Management, Center of Excellence
- Strong knowledge in business processes and practices
- Good Industry knowledge
- Demonstrated track record managing teams and complex engagements in the consulting arena
- Should have worked on SAP support
- Show initiative and creativity in developing innovative work-around solutions or new processes.
- Strong academic record including a degree
- Project Management and Quality Assurance of SAP modules
- Bilinguals preferred
