Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility):

- Drive and ensure Channel Sales and channel Development to meet the sales and customer satisfaction target.
- Supporting channel on daily activities of account management, operational sales support and support on business case approvals.
- Prepare regular reports and charts/slides for Channel Partners performance, support channel on hiring right resources and contribute to overall growth of the assigned channel partner.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Build and pursue a high performing Channel Partner team
- Steer and motivate the CP team to deliver in alignment with Etisalat business objectives
- Capability development of the team by imparting and arranging necessary product trainings
- Influence and audit business hygiene of Channel Partner
- Identify the gaps and take proactive measures to prevent revenue leakage
- Manage daily activities of the operational sales support function
- Oversees workflow of all business processing including preparation of reports, charts, and other statistics to support and direct the SMB Partnership & Alliance Sales
- Prepare written presentation, reports and charts as needed
- Analyze data and metrics to ensure profitability
- Plans and implements profitable revenue procedures; sets and monitors job goals for direct report personnel
- Customer experience escalation management
- Support CP by ensuring faster customer issue resolution by coordinating internally with various departments.
- Timely engage solution architects and product manager to support on technical front to ease sales for CP

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 7-8 years’ experience preferably in telecom industry in SME/Enterprise Sales/Marketing/Sales Support.
- IT / ICT and Digital technology such as M2M, Cloud computing, Data center collocation knowledge will be added advantage.
