Manager SME Active Base Management 3
Job purpose
The purpose of this position is to provide all relevant customer behavioural data to both assess and size opportunities to extract incremental value from existing customer base (Enterprise mobile prepaid, post-paid and fixed). The role holder oversees the segment insights & behaviours in addition to customer value modelling that are critical for a successful Customer Lifecycle Management from value proposition to go to market.
Requirements
Minimum experience:
• Minimum 7 to 12 years of experience in a marketing analytical role
Minimum education:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Business Marketing (Preferably Major in Statistics).
Knowledge and skills:
• Good knowledge of the mobile market dynamics with special focus on managing & analyzing customer database.
• Strong knowledge of database management & customer value modeling.
• Solid analytical skills to understand complex and continuous changing environment
• Detail oriented with an eye on overall picture (Specifically when handling customer database)
• Great interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deliver within a cross-functional environment
• Good understanding of the core technology and its enablers with special focus on prepaid, post-paid and data Billing platforms
• Strong knowledge of handling database management software (Preferably SQL & SAS).
