Manager - Succession Planning - Upcoming Position (UAE National)

Job Purpose
- Create and embed processes for succession planning to meet the business objectives and drive career progression to support the delivery of the business strategy.
- Design and implement succession planning processes including the identification of critical roles, succession planning nominations, assessments and qualifications for successors and manage the data for succession planning for all areas of the business.
- Advise on succession planning decision and discussions.

Requirements

You should be educated to degree level in HR management or similar.

Experience

You should have at least 5 years experience in managing teams and succession planning processes as well as experience in working at a senior level and cross functionally with demonstrable evidence of programme/project management.

Training

Developmental training is required in any area for professional development and/or mandatory purposes.
