Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Develop a Talent Acquisition strategy to attract and select talented candidates to support he business vision and strategy, and growth, i.e. focusing on attraction of home grown talent, equal opportunities and workplace diversity.
- Ensure that the Talent Acquisition strategy is implemented effectively within established budgets, ensuring compliance with government and business regulations, laws and employment standards, international & regional best practice.
- Develop and implement cost effective recruitment plans and methods that maximize efficiency and provide consultation throughout the recruitment selection process to ensure cost effective manpower sourcing and maximize fit and retention
- Identify, propose and implement effective recruitment assessment tools to support sourcing and selection of talented candidates
- Develop and build hiring processes for a variety of levels from temporary staffing to executive placement and responsible for delivering relevant quality candidates through creative approaches and by increasing the high-caliber candidate sourcing methodologies (referral generation, Internet sourcing, advertisement placement, direct sourcing/cold calling, networking, recruitment agencies, head hunting and internal vacancies).
- Establish and ensure that job role accountabilities and person specifications are aligned to the business requirements and job descriptions in order to source the best candidates for the vacant role.
- Ensure all job vacancies are posted internally in order to provide career development opportunities for the existing talented employees. Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from specification of requirements to appointment, coordinating third parties such as advertising agencies and consultancies as part of the process.
- Provide expert advice and support to functional heads on all aspects and phases of recruitment based on market understanding, business aims, objectives, skills availability and bring in efficiency in the process.
- Continually benchmark recruitment policies and procedures, across industry sectors and strive to promote and develop best practices to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment services provided to the business.
- Implement UAE Nationals Attraction Strategy by liaising closely with function heads and Talent Management section, to identify and recruit best fit positions for entry level UAE Nationals in line with the company Emiratization strategy

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline
- Diploma in Human Resources Management preferred
- Ability to map local labor market , ability to establish network with recruiting agencies, use of psychometric and trade tests, candidate assessments, ability to interact with managers and work as a business partner.
- At least 8 years of experience in a recruiting role, out of which a minimum of recruiting for property developer(s) or similar industry.
- 2+ years of team lead experience
