Manager- Technical Competency

Job Purpose
• Manage and maintain the training standards of the operational business units
• Design and implement the technical competency framework for the organization
• Ensure alignment of technical competencies with regulatory compliance and operational demands
Requirements
Qualifications and Education
• You will be educated to a Degree Level and hold a related qualification in Process Improvement/ Audit
Experience
• You will have at least 5 years' experience working within an L&D environment.
• Extensive exposure to Learning Management Systems is required along with design of technical competency frameworks within a regulatory/compliant field.
Knowledge
• You will have exceptional knowledge of competency training frameworks and Learning Management systems & solutions.
