Manager - Terminal Capacity

The group maps out where we're going, what that means, and what it looks like. Our Research team analyses the industry so that we're never playing catch-up. Development translate strategies into plans and projects. In Corporate Development, it's more about the impact of strategies on our day-to-day running. And our Corporate Planning team creates strategy so that we're agile enough to respond in a fast-evolving industry.

Job Purpose

In this role, you'll oversee the capacity analysis of our whole passenger terminal planning process - making sure that we deliver the very best for our customers, while continuing to optimize growth and revenue. From initial project scoping to final data acquisition, your work will help us to ensure every aspect of passenger journeys through our airports flows efficiently.

Requirements

Qualification & Education
To be successful, you'll need a relevant degree level qualification, ideally in a numerical subject and, preferably, a master's degree level qualification in Operational Research or similar.

Experience
Alongside considerable experience in capacity planning, we're looking for someone with an aviation industry background and a good working knowledge of passenger simulation modelling and planning tools.

You should also have:
• The ability to effectively analyse inputs and outputs
• A talent for explaining findings clearly to a wider audience
• Exceptional stakeholder and project management skills.
