Manager - Training Concept

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a famous fast fashion organisation who is looking to hire a Manager – Training Concept to join their team. Your main focus will be managing all training through assessment, design and delivery stages within the concept.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include budgeting and scheduling all training, delivering training and carrying out all administration. You will participate in business and management discussions within the business in order to understand priorities and goals. The role will also involve people management including recruitment, monitoring employee development and conducting appraisals.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, be a strategic thinker and have a hands-on approach. It is essential you have had exposure to content development. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking for the next step in their career.
