Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Provide advice on transfer pricing issues to clients
• Build the Transfer Pricing practice by building and nurturing the team
• Supporting in internal development of the transfer pricing documentation processes
• Review of transfer pricing documentation, including comparative economic analysis of transactions within multinational groups
• Managing and interfacing with clients towards the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies and frameworks, working closely with members of the team
• Interpreting Domestic law & accompanying transfer pricing regulations
• Consulting and liaising with clients locally and regionally on transfer pricing matters, checking schedules and ensuring timely delivery to clients
• Deal with revenue authorities as and when required
• Demonstrating knowledge of local and offshore legislations and OECD principles pertaining to transfer pricing
• Cost effective and Smart ways to use technology in TP practice
• Strong fluency with various databases employed for the generation of comparable data
• Advising on management issues associated within the department, such as work-in-progress monitoring
• Wining engagements and cross selling other services to clients
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members
• Managing presentations related tp Transfer Pricing at events and conferences
• Reporting directly to the Director/ Partner
• Developing budgets for the practice, managing team costs and related overhead of the transfer pricing practice

Requirements

• 6+ years of work experience in Transfer Pricing
• CA with extensive Transfer Pricing experience
• Should have previously worked in one of the Big 4s
• Excellent client facing, relationship building and business development skills, coupled with commercial awareness
• Demonstrate leadership and problem solving skills
• Excellent research skills and strong inter-personal skills
• Ability to be proactive, identify opportunities and take ownership
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
• Attention to detail
• This role is GCC wide, frequent travel within the GCC is a must
• Excellent English skills (Reading, Speaking and Writing)
• Fluent in Arabic (Optional)
