• We're currently looking for a SAP Security Lead who excels at delivering best-of-breed SAP focused solutions to clients. As a member of our SAP team you will get the chance to participate in new and existing implementations, developed with the latest technology and tools including S/4 HANA.
• This position requires leads who can demonstrate a proven track record of Security and Compliance delivery, SAP program delivery and combine this with strong consulting experience. You will be in charge of producing robust Security and GRC designs for SAP solutions in the O&G sector. We are looking for a professional with IT consulting experience, including gathering requirements, translating those into a functional design and implementing it.

SAP Implementation Experience:
• At least 5 Implementations with Multi-business, Multi-company, Multi-currency, Multi-Chart of Accounts, Joint Ventures, Solution architecting across areas of Oil & Gas industry including oil movement
• SAP Roll outs, Upgrades, support & maintenance
• SAP Finance Module ECC Roll outs, Upgrades & Support (ECC Versions & S/4 HANA)
• 3 to 5 Roll out/Upgrade/Support Projects (preferable)
• Training Delivery
• Training delivery to Project Team, Super Users, End Users
• 3 - 5 Training to Project Team/Super Users
• Project Documentation
• Document preparation experience (Business/Solution Architecture, Project Plan, Business Blueprint, Configuration, Transactions, training etc.)
• Business/Solution Architecture, Project Plan, Business Blueprint, Configuration & Training documentation capabilities
• Change Management
• Experience in Business Process Change Management, Project/Users Training Management, Stakeholder Management
• QA & QC Management
• Experience in managing the quality of Project Deliverables
• Risks Management
• Experience in assessing and mitigating project risks
• Resource Management
• Experience in managing project resources in optimal manner
• Communication Management
• Experience in communication management across all levels

Requirements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

SAP Consulting Experience:
• Experience in Security and GRC Analysis, Design, and Deployment. Business Process Analysis & Re engineering, Business/Solution Architecture, SAP IS-Oil industry (At least one in S4 HANA), Support & Maintenance, Upgrade, Rollout (as Project team member, Lead Consultant, Project Lead, Project Manager etc.)
• 7 - 10 of experience in various capacity with 5 Implementations in ECC, SAP S/4 HANA Versions as Project Manager/Solution Architect/Senior Lead Consultant especially in multinational, Oil & Gas industry experience with IS Oil Hydro Carbon value chain using Oil & Gas industry template

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
• Experience of S/4 HANA is required.
• Experience in SAP Security Authorizations and SAP Governance Risk & Compliance Access Control is required preferably with a Big 4 and/or System Integrator
• Experience in industries such as O&G/ Utilities/ Retail.
• Strong experience in security process design, planning and managing execution of the build and the integration with SAP.
