Permanent Position
Salary Circa 55,000 to 60,000 AED per month

Currently recruiting for a Managing Director for a leading property consultant in Dubai. Client is specialising in both selling and renting out retail and residential properties in the Mena region through their three offices in the UAE.

They are ideally looking for a candidate who is currently working in the UAE, as they would benefit from knowledge of the local market and the other clients who operate in it. However, they will consider candidates from other regions or who have worked in similar sectors such as construction etc. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for the running of this business and will have a demonstrable track record of running and building a business.

Requirements

• Operating as an effective Managing Director, Operations Director or General Manager.
• A thorough understanding of the market conditions in the UAE.
• Commercially orientated with the ability to develop and build robust working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internally with key stakeholder and the senior management team.
• Have a strong business understanding with experience of managing the P&L, maximising profit, managing cash flow and delivering profitable growth.
• Leading by example, setting high standards with excellent people management skills and the ability to lead and motivate.
• Dynamic, driven and entrepreneurial with the ability to take responsibility for an innovative business and safeguard its future development.
