Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Director to lead our real estate operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate management and strategic business development, with a deep understanding of the local market. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, driving growth and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals and operational excellence.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the company's real estate operations including sales, leasing, and property management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners in the real estate industry.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and sustainability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a high-performance culture within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

- Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a similar leadership role within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and its regulatory framework.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively deal with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for business development.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
