Guildhall is a leading recruitment firm specializing in mid-to-senior-level placements across various industries. We are expanding our team and looking for a Mandarin-speaking Recruitment Consultant to support our growing business.

Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition (TA): Identify, engage, and manage candidates for mid-to-senior-level roles across different industries.
- Business Development (BD): Assist in developing new client relationships and expanding our recruitment network.
- Source and screen potential candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights.

- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work and living experience in the UAE (familiarity with the local market and business environment is required).
- Experience working in a multicultural company is a plus.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
