Role Summary:

The Manufacturing Vertical Practice Director will define the technical vision to provide operating expertise and decision support for manufacturing customers undertaking a digital transformation. This critical role will grow a senior team of deep subject matter experts and will be responsible for driving team knowledge across a global footprint. This person must have match deep manufacturing expertise, predictive analytics knowledge, and a visionary mindset.

Essential Responsibilities:

The Customer Reliability Director must leverage deep and wide manufacturing industry experience, equipment knowledge, process knowledge, software know-how, and customer satisfaction skills to deliver world class predictive analytics and monitoring solutions to assigned customer accounts.

In this role, you will:

- Set a road map and vision for driving Industrial Managed Services in the manufacturing space
- Drive continuous improvement in team knowledge in the manufacturing space
- Drive customer satisfaction and ensure all customers are super pleased with our services
- Quickly learn and understand engineering processes related to manufacturing verticals.
- Quickly master cutting edge predictive analytics software and tools.
- Deftly manage customer expectations and satisfaction for assigned customer accounts.
- Deliver savings to your customer in the form of reduced maintenance costs and less unplanned downtime.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- Minimum 15 years work experience

Eligibility Requirements:

- Legal authorization to work in the location where position is hired.
- Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen
- Must be willing to travel 25%
