Position Title: Marine Business Development Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 30K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the leading providers of specialized services for the shipping, marine and offshore operations within the Oil & Gas sectors in UAE.
Job Description:
• Research and identify business opportunities in the UAE and GCC regions to support the Company’s business plans and specifically Civil and Marine.
• Conduct sector-wise analysis to identify opportunities in the key area.
• Preparation of marketing initiatives and collateral to present and enhance the Company’s image and reputation to attract and secure new Clients.
• Preparation and presentation of business proposals to potential Clients to ensure pre-qualification criteria are met thereby improving the Company’s potential to be invited to tender.
• Continuously monitor market trends within the region and recommend appropriate business development strategies to the Commercial Director.
• Develop a database of key executives/decision makers and future project initiatives of potential Clients to facilitate reciprocal business opportunities in existing and new markets in the region.
• Develop, maintain and enhance relationships with existing and potential Clients and Consultants to ensure satisfaction levels are met and wherever possible exceeded
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Male, 50 years old and below
• MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any business related field
• Minimum 10 years of comprehensive marine experience in GCC
• Must have strong understanding of marine transportation line of business, including division objectives, customer base, company protocols, and relevant technology platforms
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Knowledge of the maritime industry is required
