Employment: Full Time

Position Title: Marine Engineer
Employment Type: Contract - 1 year (renewable)
Salary: all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: UAE

About the client:
A leading oil and gas company in UAE.

Job Description:
• Design, test and maintain the mechanical systems of ships and offshore oil rigs
• Ensures safety and environmental compliance
• Responsible for engineering process, conception to completion, etc.
• Repair and conduct environmental, operational, or performance tests on marine machinery and equipment such as remotely operated vehicles and drill ships
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and ensure engineering projects are being completed on-time, correctly and within budget
• Design and maintain offshore oil rigs and provide assistance in exploration of new locations to drill for oil on ocean floor.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Male, 50 years old and below
• At least 6 to 8 years in oil and gas industry; UAE, Middle East or GCC experience is highly preferred
• Single Buoy Mooring is required
