About the Client:
A leading oil and gas company in UAE

Job Description:
• Responsible for SBM or SPM. Single Buoy Mooring/ Loading operation and diving operation compliance
• Responsible for ship vetting, floating hose, handling condensate and/or naphtha
• Implementation of the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code as required to LPG Terminal. This will involve working with Port Authority as PFSO, implementing security plans, training and completion of security drills
• Compliance with the USGOTT, SIGTTO, OCIMF (Oil Company International Marine Forum), IMCA (International Marine Contractor Association), IMO (International Marine Organization) requirements
• Planning and execution of all Marine maintenance operations
• Ensure zero downtime at the Condensate SBM or Jetty
• Ensures that LPG, Condensate and Jet fuel loading operations are carried out in strict compliance
• Compliance with and leadership of Horizon Zero and Golden Rules of safety
• Writes and executes scenarios for Emergency training exercises as per drill matrix, including unannounced drills to test capacity
• Provide Marine advise on/ for Emergency response including Oil Spill Contingency plans
• Ensure the export system at Offshore is in appropriate readiness for loading operation.
• Work as a backup for the Marine Service Authority (MSA)
• Identification of relevant elements to manage Marine Risks

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Male; 40 y/o and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry as Marine Engineer
• Fully versed with Marine Services contract scope and terms
• Experience in SBM / SPM / SrM loading operation, Ship vetting, Floating hose, handling condensate and/or naphtha
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
