We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marine Foreman to oversee and supervise marine construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with specifications. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in marine construction and hold a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for marine construction projects, including piling, quay walls, jetties, breakwaters, dredging, and related works.
2) Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
3) Lead and guide site teams, subcontractors, and workers to achieve project milestones.
4) Monitor material, equipment, and manpower requirements, ensuring timely availability on site.
5) Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures.
6) Prepare daily site progress reports and communicate updates to the Project Engineer / Site Manager.
7) Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines at all times.
8) Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Requirements:
1) Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marine construction projects within the UAE.
2) Strong knowledge of marine construction techniques, equipment, and materials.
3) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
4) Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5) Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
6) Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
