Maritime Lawyer - Dubai
International law firm - Dubia Based
Leading practice, 8 PQE

This extremely high profile international law firm are looking for a shipping lawyer to join their Dubai office. Working with experienced partners who act for a number of owners, charterers and insurers, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a team that has demonstrated unprecedented growth.

Working closely with an experienced shipping litigation team, you will have the opportunity to advise on a range of matters including shipbuilding contracts, marine insurance coverage disputes and bills of lading/charter party disputes.

You will work on multi-jurisdictional matters and will be able to utilise the strong network that the firm have as you continue your own practice development.

Requirements

Candidate will need to have:

- 8 yrs PQE
- UK or Singapore qualified lawyer
- a mix of contentious and non contentious work
- having maritime, arbitration and ship finance experience
- bilingual (English / Arabic) would be an advantage or else an English lawyer
